17/2 - MARKET Art 2012

Please join Morgan Stanley for MARKET Art 2012, the leading Nordic fair for the most prominent artists and galleries in contemporary art.

Female students graduating in 2013 or later are invited to join employees from Morgan Stanleys Stockholm and London offices for a guided tour followed by drinks and canapés. The art tour and presentation will be held partly in Swedish.

Time: Friday, 17th February, 17:30 - 20:00 CET.
Location: Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Konstakademien), Fredsgatan 12, Stockholm.

15/2 - Women's Evening with Nordea Markets

KTHFS invited all our female members to an evening with Nordea Markets.

The finance industry have since the beginning of time been dominated by men. That is something Nordea Markets is looking forward to change. Which is why they are actively working with getting more women interested in the financial industry and Nordea Markets.

During this evening the attending members were given a chance to feel what it is like to work at Nordea Markets and hopefully it was an inspiration for their future career.

25/1 - Finance Wednesday at Rose

KTHFS proudly presents the new partnership Finance Wednesday at Rose together with "Rose Onsdagar".

Every coming Payday Wednesday, i.e. the last Wednesday in every month, KTHFS would like to invite our members to one of the best nightclubs in Stockholm for an opportunity to meet in an informal setting.

A lot of our members have been asking for opportunities and platforms to meet and network in-between our corporate sponsored events. To partner with Rose is one of the steps that we will take in this direction during the coming year.

25/1 - KTHFS AGM (Årsstämma) 2011

KTH’s Finance Society will present the results for the fiscal year 2011 and would hereby like to invite you as a member to the Annual General Meeting (AGM, Årsstämman) 2011. Take this opportunity to hear the fiscal year management report and to meet with both the retiring and new coming board members of KTHFS.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 9:00 AM in Trading Lab, Sing Sing, Floor 2, Lindstedtsvägen 30, Stockholm.

During the AGM you will be treated with beverage and the chance to make your voice heard.

12/12 - "Julglögg" in Trading Lab

Need a break from your exam studies? Step by Trading Lab on Monday between 15.00 and 17.00 and have some "glögg" and gingerbread and have a chat with other members as well as the Board. This is the last event we are hosting this year so we hope to see as many of you as possible there! No pre-registration is needed for this event.

6/12 - Lecture in honor of Prof. Birger Ljung

KTH Finance Society proudly presents the very first installment of the annual lectures series, held in honor of the late Professor Birger Ljung whom, little more than a month ago, tragically passed away in a fatal traffic accident.Prof. Ljung’s contribution to KTH Finance Society cannot be underestimated. Apart from supporting the organization in its various endeavors, Prof. Ljung was the key force behind KTH Finance Society being able to move into the splendid premises located in the Sing Sing-building on KTH Campus. 5/12 - Visit Stockholmsbörsen

The Finance Society in cooperation with Nasdaq OMX invite you to an evening and visit at the Stockholm Stock Exchange on December 5. The main speaker of the event is Jens Henriksson, President of Stockholmsbörsen and Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. Jens Henriksson is a former Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and State Secretary. In addition to that, you will be able to meet with employees from different business departments at the firm and you will also be informed about Nasdaq OMX's business and the different departments.

29/11 - SkySparc

The Finance Society in cooperation with SkySparc would like to invite you to an evening where you will be able to meet with partners and employees from different departments at the firm. During the evening partners of SkySparc will inform you about their business and the
different career paths that exist within their firm and afterwards you'll be treated with an Italian pasta buffé and drinks.

28/11 - SEB's annual female event

We are pleased to invite you to SEB’s annual event for female students at the Trading &
Capital Markets and Enskilda Equites Divisions. During the evening you will learn
more about the company, the job opportunities, and also meet women from SEB’s
network LEAD.

The event is taking place the 28 November 18.30 at the SEB Headquarters,
Kungsträdgårdsgatan 6.
